Andrew Bailey

Andrew Bailey is a talented, award winning journalist and broadcaster currently presenting the national news each day on Virgin Radio.  Known as the “Voice of Virgin Radio News”, his unique scripting, editing and presentational skills are proving to be a real hit with the station's 4 millions listeners.

But there’s more to him than news reading – he is cheeky, intelligent and quick witted and as a result is very involved in on-air banter.  Previously he was an integral part of the award winning "Pete and Geoff Breakfast Show" on Virgin between 2002 and 2005.  Andrew also plays a key editorial part in the output of the station in his role as Head of News & Entertainment.

His television appearances include This Morning, The Time the Place, London Tonight, Louis Theroux meets “The Hamiltons”, Granada Tonight, Ask Us and Eggheads.
